I would like to thank Anglo Danish and in particular Leif Hansen for a wonderful buffet at my husbands 60th birthday party recently. Leif provided us with trays of bite-sized canapes for 70 guests which we had discussed in detail prior to the party. The trays looked stunning and the waitresses were very attentive and cleared up effeciently. Using Anglo-Danish catering meant that we could relax and enjoy ourselves!Thank you.

I would like to say a big thank you to Leif and the waitresses for making my mum and dad\\\’s (Jill and Jack\\\’s) Golden Wedding Anniversary a perfect day. There was a lot to organise, arranging a marquee, directions and parking for all the guests, and so being able to leave all the catering side of things to Leif was a great relief.
The food was excellent, both in taste and presentation, and all the guests commented on the great selection of dishes and the professional but friendly way in which Leif and the waitresses presented it all.
Hopefully we can use Leif again for their Diamond Wedding Anniversary celebrations!

From the moment our guests at my daughter’s wedding walked into the reception room and saw the tables laid out for our meal I knew how impressed they were before we had even started eating! Needless to say the meal was served piping hot and the quantity and quality of food was top class. Your waitresses were friendly, polite and efficient. Almost everyone who spoke to me just after the speeches were completed, began with ” Thanks for providing us with that fantastic meal”.
There is no doubt you are a perfectionist when it comes to preparing, cooking and presenting food. I am usually reluctant to recommend a food experience to people I know, as my pleasure may be someone else’s disappointment. But I would not hesitate doing so in the case of Anglo Danish Catering. We would like to say a big thankyou for the fantastic job you did for our wedding on the 11th December 2010. When we first walked into the room we thought how beutiful the tables and room was laid out. The food came out right on time and tasted absoluteley marvellous. I’m not usually a big fan of vegetables but i could eat a big plate full of yours!! Even my husband- the only vegetarian, thoroughly enjoyed his home made vegetarian lasagne. The evening buffet was also fantastic and of a very high standard. We can certainly say that you made our day even more special than what is was. We would happily recommend you to everyone we know and not know! Thanks again for making our day so wonderful.

Leif and his team catered for my sister-in-laws wedding in December.
The table settings alone were amazing and made a wonderful 1st impression on all of us. Then it was time for the food and it was beautiful, served by wonderful waitresses and best of all it was steaming hot.
It made such a good impression that I booked him there and then for my own wedding reception.
Would recommend this company to anyone and can’t wait for my own wedding.

I attended my first OSA Re-Union last Saturday (2nd July 2011)at St Peter’s College, Saltley. I must say that I was not alone in my praise of your services. I thought the food was excellent and your staff were particularly good…especially given the lack of space around our old refectory. I expect there to be a ‘full house’ again for 2012 and I look forward to enjoying your services once again.
